Default 10NL, made K flush on the flop

I should know more about villain than I do. Not much to say really - he hasn't been involved in many memorable hands.

Reload preflop.

Flop is fine.

Bet more on the turn, something like $0.80-$1.

Is it all-in to you on the river? If not, then put the rest of the money in. He might have a lower flush or straight. Sometimes he has the A-high flush which sucks but I'd say you are good here 99% of the time.

You're against a str8 or a flush here nearly always, so any bet you make is going to get called. So shove away.

Also, buy PT, or even better buy Holdem Manager when it comes out. Seriously, it will pay for itself. Look at it this way, if you were starting up a new business, you would have to produce stats and accounts to the bank in order to get finance. It's not a substitute for live reads, it's a complement.

Call all in! It only costs you 4 bucks for a pot of about 13. You will win money with the 2nd nut hand over the long haul. He wont have the nuts 3 out of 4 times!!!
