PokerGrapher problem...

Hi

I didn't know where to ask so I hope I found the right place [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I've been using PokerGrapher for few weeks and everything was working fine. i was using Access database in my PokerTracker.

RIght now I changed MY PT database to PostrgSQL ale since then PG is not working at all.

When i turn it on it seems fine but when I click "search Screen name" it somehow stops and after a few minutes I have error like this:

From first view it seemes it's something wrong with .NET framework...

but actually I don't have any idea how to fix it [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Can somebody help me?

Unforunately, I can't read your error message. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

However, try this:

Run PokerGrapher in debug mode. Go to Start -> All Programs -> Poker Grapher -> Poker Grapher (debug mode). This will create a log file PGLog.txt (usually located at C:\Program Files\Poker Grapher). Then paste the contents of the log file in a PM to me and I will see what I can find.

You need to select a Default User for your DB. Open PT. Then go to File -> Ring Game Player Statistics. Once that opens, go to the Preferences tab and find the section When This Window First Opens. Select your username in the Automatically display my stats, my player id is: Then you can close PT and try PokerGrapher again. It should work for that DB.

Ask SamIAm, he's the mod here. But I'm not sure what the 2+2 policy is on deleting posts.

P.S. As far as editing them yourself, you can within a certain amount of time. Not sure what the window is, but it's pretty short.
