Early Stage Tournament

This is from a tournament, 10$ buy-in at pokerstars, 180 players. I was out in the tournament 172th place. In these kind of tournaments it is easy to get higher up, just by waiting to play. But I did get good cards here, KQs. I raised and saw the flop. Should I have done that? I know I shouldn't have called an all-in raise after the flop this early with nothing. That was stupid move.
