I don't understand why you would value-bet the pot (or close to) on the turn without a plan (although personally I suspect you had one).

You beat all bluffs and aces if he is a tard. It's always awful analysis to 'put him on the straight' but you should be most worried about 7 9.

If he flats the 1100 and the river bricks what's your plan?

I would have check-called the turn and called river. Here I fold quite happily but I never get here like this. Bad (unknown so presume bad) players rarely play for stacks in unraised pots. I have him very strong on the turn.
