Default Strength of FTPOS #10 Tonight

I'm not much of an MTT player, mainly play 6-max cash. I am wondering how some of the tournament players think the strength of the field in the $300r 6 max will be tonight. How do you think it will compare to the usual $100r on ftp on wednesday nights? They are running a good amount of satellites for it so I thought the might soften the field enough to where it will be profitable for me to play it but am looking for other thoughts. Thanks.

this was my initial thought, but i mean the closest rebuy MTT to this (2300 on sundays) has the rep of being very tough.

Yeah but it isn't a FTOPS and doesn't have a [censored] of sats to it.

This will likely be one of the two hardest if not the hardest of the FTOPS, but still pretty weak.

just look at the FT from this tournament the FTOPS in august. It was tough. The edge will be in the early rounds with the idiot sattilite players playing with their initial buyin. The later hours of the tournament will have a few solid aggressive shorthanded players at every table. If you aren't good at 6max I wouldn't play. If you don't have a big roll I wouldn't play.

it will definitely be tougher than all the other events except the 2600, due to all the highstakes cash players getting a boner over a 6max $300 rebuy.

but if u are a winning $200 sixmax cash player it is a massively +EV investment for sure.

I'm realllly on the fence about playing this. I'm not a good tourney player but do play 6max okay, and have had success in 6max MTTs. Don't really want to drop a grand in rebuys though.

play or not
