This fits, I think:

Man 2 is filling his tank, when he realizes he put a little too much gas in, he won't have enough money to cover it, but just by 10 cents. So he asks Man 1 for a dollar. Man 1 hands him a dollar, and Man 2 proceeds to put another 90 cents of gas in his car! Man 1 gets pissed that Man 2 didn't give him back the 90 cents.
