I would check/raise the flop. Once BTN cold 3 bets this dry flop against a PF cappers lead and preflop reraiser's raise, it's time to slow down.

I would just call the 3-bet here. This flop is pretty dry and there are a lot of people in the pot so he's probably not messing around here, even with his stats.
