Absolute Live chat Gone???

I made an epassporte deposit on absolute this morning around 9 Am for the new tuesday deposit. For some reason the money left my epass account but didn't show up in absolute. I went on the live chat and gave them the debit and credit ID and they siad it would be here by the end of the business day.

It is still not here and now I cannot find thew live chat. Can anybody else still get to the live chat and has anybody had this problem with absolute and Epass?

Live chat is available for me thru the cashier.
Start AP -> Cashier --> Deposit and it is available in the top menu.
Never used Epass.
