the only real answer is OP is a lazy scumbag who doesn't even deserve to be an American without properly having his identification updated for 3 years

Please point to the phrase in the United States Constitution that declares that all American's are required to carry valid ID.

Can't find it? That's because it's NOT THERE. The Supreme Court has ruled as recently as 2 years ago that citizens are not required to carry ID of any sort.

You can fly without ID, however if it is a commercial flight screened by the TSA, you will be required to undergo additional screening.

If I were one I could get a fake ID pretty easily I'm sure. They don't even scan them at the airport.

Oh shut up. the only real answer is OP is a lazy scumbag who doesn't even deserve to be an American without properly having his identification updated for 3 years and will probably die childless loner and never having passed his genes on.

What got stuck up your ass today?

[/ QUOTE ]

Probably the TSA guy's hand during the secondary screening procedure.

If you have your birth certificate, you can get a new US passport in under 24 hours.

[/ QUOTE ]

prove it

I flew into Costa Rica for the WPS and was denied entry because I only had my birth certificate and not a passport. They flew me to Miami the next AM and I was able to get a passport within 2 hours. I had to pay a little extra, not really that much, $50? But it is possible in major cities only.

WTF are other states different or something??? In NH you just walk up to the DMV pay $50 or whatever and 30 seconds later have a new license.

[/ QUOTE ]

In Arizona you pay $4 and have it in 5 minutes. Plus it doesn't expire for 30 years.
