Yea, the thing is he was not trying to land the wingsuit. He just was stupid. He pulled low and got lucky to live with what he had out. There have been many of these same kind of incidents without a wingsuit where people got lucky and lived with less than a good parachute over their head. That doesn't mean you should try a land without a parachute.
