Villain is 30/20/2 over 743 hands. The hand before he called my quads Aces down with lowpair for a 40$ pot. Im not scared of MP. What to do here?

check turn, you're not really getting value from anything and 87 got there and your flop bet got called twice.

River is pretty easy fold. You beat a bluff.

With 3 people calling you preflop, 2 on the flop an turn and one betting the river you're clearly beat.

I would not be surprised to be up against 87 or a set. Also, almost every J you beat has made two-pair. Furthermore, there is no possible missed flushdraw out there.

Not really a fan of the rather weak turn-bet either.
