Default flopped big draw against huge donkey live

game is 3/5 blinds at Hawaiian Gardens casino.

hero has A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and raises to 25 UTG+1 button calls, SB calls. button and SB both have approximately 500 and hero covers.

flop($80): J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

SB bets 100. hero?

to give you an idea of how bad the SB is, he just donated 800 to me in a hand a little under an hour before where he crai on a 5522 board with the 2 and i held the 5. other than that little gem he has been calling too many raises before the flop and taking marginal hands too far.

button is fairly decent and hasnt gotten out of line.

Tough spot I think. You say this guy is taking marginal hands too far. Your holding seems pretty marginal. It would be totally different if you had the aceh but you only have the qh. Plus you have someone yet to act behind you. My first thought would be to just call and see what the guy behind you does and you said he was pretty much in line. If he calls or raises you are probably in trouble though but I don't see him calling unless he has acex with the aceh or flopped trips maybe so he is most likely not calling and that will leave you heads up in position against a supposed donk. And then if you miss turn he is probably firing at you again and now you are in a bad spot or if a heart comes you may still be in a bad spot. I think you could pick a better spot to get involved this one just seems to sticky. Also, I know you said he was bad but firing into the field with that flop out of the sb knowing that that flop had to do something for one of you seems strange. I think it is a fold because you have the qh and not the aceh. Pick a better spot.

id say this is a pretty easy fold because of the guy behind you. you only have 25 dollars in the pot and no hand yet. Id let it go and look for a better spot

pretty easy fold in my opinion. The fact that he's not good makes this an even easier fold, considerin you don't have much of a hand, and it'll be pretty easy to get his chips with a made hand

double gutter + weak FD + overcards. I would call and fold to any aggresion. If you hit on the turn vs this donk, you can probably stack him. Why is everybody folding a draw like this? That's a bit too tight imo..

i'd push. you have reverse implied odds problems if you just call because you don't know if a heart makes your hand or kills you and it will often end your action if you're ahead. a 9 will also kill your action. stack sizes are perfect for a shove. you're rarely in bad shape and almost never in horrible shape.

Disagree, don't really see the value of a push, especially if villian is not good. He could easily have pair+NFD, in which case you are in pretty bad shape. He could also have flush, set, two pair which he isn't folding, and he's in great shape against you with one, and better than a flip with the others. He raelly has to have a pretty sick calling range to make this a profitable push, or be bluffing a ton, which I really doubt hes doing too often in this situation.

unless you feel like pushing like schwza says I'd let it go. The guy is a donk who has trouble letting marginal hands go and thats exactly why bluffing people like him is generally going to be a bad strategy. Just wait until you've got the best hand and have him continue to pay you off
