Actually for a kid weighing about 30kg u need 3.000 balloons before it lifts up. Sometimes when the wind blows really hard then I'm afraid I might fly or loose my grib and let the balloons go. This never happend tho. I don't know what skimping means but I sometimes suck out the helium from the balloon to get a funny voice.
