epass wds not getting proccessed??

in the past 2 days ive tried to wd money from epass to my chkin act, but it just goes to the "processing" page and loads forever....im on hold righ now....i just wanna see if anyone else is having this problem...

oh and after i just close it and log back in, it shows the money withdrawn, but then the next day its bak in my epass act
