bottom set, unraised pot, routine fold?

well unfortunately this guy is still essentially unknown to me, so i can't say too much about his play. i'm new to this game, but i figure a lot of mediocre 3/6 players are paying off with a K here once they've gotten this far. disagree? i considered check/calling though. are you thinking he might be as willing to bet a K if i check nearly as often as he'll call a 3rd barrel with one?

on the river, yeah it's either K9 or QT, QT of course being most likely. i guess it's a pretty close decision, but folding to his raise seems correct to me. i'm interested in check/call though.
