Default Throwing Rocks At Moving Vehicles

Someone's throwing rocks at cars again in my area. WTF is wrong with these people?

Last summer there were similar incidents further west of this location, then in the fall a group of kids was tossing pumpkins and cinder blocks off of overpasses onto commuters. What is their major malfunction? I want to stomp on their sacks.

Yeah, the [censored] that was convicted of the route 49 incidents got off with only probation and time served. The stupid kids that were terrorizing route 2 last fall got minimal sentences, too (I think only one of them did time, like 6 months or something).

Throwing rocks at school busses is kinda standard when you're a kid.

In the spring of 06 someone tossed a large rock off an overpass in Worcester that struck a commuter in the face as he was traveling in the high speed lane. He spent over a month in the ICU and suffered brain damage. The pieces of [censored] that threw the rock were never caught.

Throwing rocks at school busses is kinda standard when you're a juvenile delinquent in New Jersey.
