25nl flopped straight villain turned flush/rivered fh?
villain is new to the table. no numbers on him, but he's a complete idiot. i'm tilting against him, because he called pf reraise, cbet, turn bet with KTo no draws and hit a K on the river against my overpair.
in this hand, my flop raise sucks. should've bet more, but i was trying to keep it small, hoping villain would repop. once he shoves the river i must be beat, right? Re: 25nl flopped straight villain turned flush/rivered fh?
Bet flop bigger in first place. 3bet flop bigger.
As played I think I might like raising that turn. Now on the river I think there's a pretty decent chance he's got you. But I'm not sure what I'd actually do. |

Re: 25nl flopped straight villain turned flush/rivered fh?
agreed the flop 3bet should be bigger. pushing the turn wouldn't be horrible based on villain being a complete idiot. expect a call by ak, kq, kj, or 99. I like the chances of a complete idiot having the made hand on the flop due to his min raise. even the most complete idiots usually flat call the flop with a flush draw. fwiw try using 4xBB raise when in blind stealing position PF
