Bad hair, blotchy skin and after three pictures no singe of these allegedly sizable boobies. Still having said that she has a very nice smile and high cheek bones so a solid 5.5 with no effort. I would never say "man she's hot", but I always wouldn't call her ugly.

i think she falls in the middle section of "personality actually matters" because she's not hot enough to forgive bad personality and not ugly enough to cancel out a good one.

on my scale (where 5=avg., 10=supermodel) given her general age range, I'd probably give her a 6.25. Solidly above the average, but not "hot".
