i did email in 1 week after requesting my check and they were a little slow on the response (5 hours), although the answer was profesional and for the most part accurate. it appears they are getting better, although nothing is perfect in this environment. Certainly miss the old NT days.

Honestly, you're best off setting up an ePass account. ePassporte withdrawals have been really fast lately, my last one took 4 hours tops.

I posted to this thread previously in April about a cashout check that came promptly but was addressed to the wrong name, and which was promptly cancelled when I contacted them about it.

I am pleased - heh - to report that the replacement check, requested on April 27th, arrived this past weekend. That's 8 weeks. (The bizarre thing is that another UB cashout I requested on May 5th arrived on May 15th.)

Just so you guys know, despite what UB says, the delay is 100% on their side, NOT on the side of their processor.

Why? I had a problem and my account closed. I received my check at my home 5 days later.

Yes, the check requested 6/15 has arrived, but the one requested 6/7 has not. I contacted UB and they said the check went out OK, but it sometimes happens that the later request arrives first.

My check cashout history with UB (all amounts fall within $100 of $580) is having received them after 15, 8, 9, and 12 days, and now one still not received after 20 days and counting.

It's about time I open a Moneybookers account, anyway.

I'm not 100% sure, can't remember, but I think I cashed 2-4000 from UB by cheque and it arrived fairly quickly, like 2-3 weeks. I'm also from Canada.

I just did a withdrawl through moneybookers and it took about an hour [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img] I'd never deposited with moneybookers before and in fact this was my first time funding my moneybookers account even! I'm Canadian FWIW.
