Don't 3-bet once it's heads up, especially with the read you have on the guy. You don't need to show that he capped the turn, either, and you can fold the river here.

"and you can fold the river here." NEVER fold the river there with 14,5:1

I was thinking we could be up against sets and two pair hands and have anywhere from 2-8 outs enough to call/fold. Probably is a turn fold to the cap at this limit with a "solid" but "weak PostFlop" read, though.

mmh i think the mistake here is really the Turn 3 bet, we pot ourselfes in an awful position to make even more mistakes and especially with the read we have a 3bet makes very little sense.

I think we can fold to the cap and if we call we can fold this river safely.

so ideally here we call the turn raise and c/c the river?

I know the turn 3bet is a mistake.

Say I did get to the river after erroneously caippng the turn, I don't think I'd fold.

I think part of my problem is from watching the stox videos and being afraid of playing too "weak".

Could someone verify/drill into my head at these lowest small stakes that play is straight forward, ie HU checkraise is usually never a semibluff, even from aggro players.
