how does T8s even make sense with the way the hand played out? doesn't T8s cap the turn or at least raise the river? I think 66 or A9 here.

T8s makes sense until he calls the turn 3bet.

I just don't see any good players cold calling with T8s when a good player raises UTG, and a bad player cold calls.

Now, if it goes utg raise, c/c, c/c, and the blinds are both 50+ vp, then I will probably call with T8s.

I 3bet the turn as well, because I don't see how I can be losing.

If he caps the turn, then I pray for board pairing cards.

And, if the UTG raiser is tight, I don't see why the button can't have 99.
