Hand 1 I am not a fan of getting too tricky on a paired board. I don't think I have the cajones to follow through with a river bet unimproved because of that.
Hand 2 I like very much. When I have all those backdoor possibilities and a pair, I like to jam the flop in hopes that my hand can turn into an actual hand for value. And if it doesn't, I have already repped enough strength on the flop to successfully bluff a blank turn. |
