Default UB and Click2pay

I emailed UB asking about my C2P withdrawal. I opened an account last week and received my verification deposit. I have not yet deposited from my bank account to C2P.

I requested my withdrawal from UB over a week ago; I had not receive ANY correspondence from UB. So I emailed them politely (but sternly), and this was their reply (received today):

Hello,

The trouble is that you have no deposit history on the click2pay site. If you have just opened this account, they will not allow you to cashout. They are not accepting new clients to cashout using their system any longer. This is the rule of click2pay and not of UltimateBet.

Please let us know if you have any other questions

Thank you,
xxxxx

Obviously, this is vague and I have no idea what this means.
My reply:

Thank you for your reply xxxx.

So what are my options? Is this because I have no deposit history w/ Click2pay with UB? Or, if I make a deposit from my bank account to Click2pay, will they then accept the withdrawal from UB?

If this is not an option, will I have to cancel my pending withdrawal through UB and then request a check?

What are my options?

Thank you in advance,
xxxxx

Anyone else in this boat? I just want to move the money around to a couple more sites.

So if I deposit bank account ---> C2P ---> UB, then I'll have some luck here?

Or would I have had to have deposited to UB before (i.e. three weeks ago)?

Oh, and thank you.

As far as I know if you bank-->C2P-->UB and then play some hands, and then withdraw it SHOULD get approved.

Email them and ask them to make sure now that you understand what they meant the first time.

Ooooh, superfast reply from UB:

The messed up characters are from the actual email.

We’ve taken care of this already and have issued a check instead to avoid further delays. We cannot cancel the withdrawal, in case that is something you considered, and expect your withdrawal to be completed tonight or early tomorrow. We are waiting on the finalization codes to send the check. Please ensure further withdrawals are requested through Chexx, and not Click2pay. Take care.

Though I can't say I'm psyched to wait for a check.

It's only 850. I didn't know about the 2k courier rule previous to my withdrawal.

How long is my wait here? A week?
