If he calls a push virtually every time this makes this a trivially easy shove. I included AQs and not AQo to show that he's gonna be 3betting AQo a large % of the time (assuming he does, otherwise you should have specified in the OP)

you have as many as 15 outs against a bare Q and plenty of FE I think this push is completely standard.

Other combo draws, sets, QT, overpairs probably.

Yeah I just gave an option but shoving is way better than 3-betting in this spot.
