preflop raise of only 7% is making me worry about AKcc/ATcc i called the pot bet on the turn to see a brick but he still half pots the river...

call river? raise to ~$150 and if he then shoves?

I'd fold PF..its close, I call with JTs.

Flopplay is good.

Raise turn, he won't even fold an ace and we want to build a pot an charge clubs that think they can draw out.

I'd make it atleast three times his bet on the river..maybe put it in.
