I was using IE. I called them and they told me to call back in 30 minutes, or around 330 central time, as they know something is up and they're looking into it, or something.

BTW - Mine didn't work this morning, emailed them, they told me to wait 6 hrs. Now it worked.

So, if yours didn't work earlier, try it now. If yours still isn't working, email them and hopefully they'll fix it.

Would be nice if they could get a promotion right for a change but I know that's expecting way too much...

Well, after calling back they say they know there was a problem and it showed me as recieiving the card but not getting the money into my account. They said that it will be credited 'in a few hours.' When I asked how much I will be getting they said they coudln't tell me that over the phone and it will be anywhere between 5 and 100 dollars.
