Default Greatest Songs of all Time

Ive read a post like this similar in this forum before and loved it.

Im a bit of a music manatic and like too find out other peoples favourites and adding them too my ipod.

Well ill start first with my top 10. Most have a reason why i put them in but some are just ones i like.

1. Moby-We are all made of stars:
My favourite song, the first time i ever heard it was 3 years ago waking up on the day that my under 17s Aussie rules football game was on. I layed there and listened too it and loved it, its a great feeling finding a song that you enjoy.

2. Ben Harper-Stay tonight
Coming close 2nd is this song.
It was played at my best friends funeral. Always loved it and always will.

3. Jay-z-My 1st Song
My favourite hip-hop or "rap" song. This is the only Jay-z song i like really with some exeptions. Great beat and lyrics.

4. Pink Floyd-Wish you were Here
Im sure alot of people agree with me on this one, great song. My favourite older song definantly. Radiohead also played this great.

5. CCR-Have you Ever seen the Rain
And half way down the top ten comes this gem. One of the most played songs ever for me, i absolutely love it+many of there other songs.

6. Seal-Crazy
But we're never gonna survive unless we get a little crazy
No we're never gonna to survive unless we are a little crazy.
I could listen too this song over and over again, Great.

7. Wet Wet Wet-Love is all Around
This was played at my parent wedding, it was also the theme song for my favourite movie as a child "The princess and the cobbler." Had too put this in there since its stained into my brain.

8. Puff Daddy and Faith ft. 112-I'll Be missing You
Sad but great song. Tribute too a legend.

9. Lonestar-Walking in Memphis
Only Country/Western song i like, and boy do i like it, Nice song.

10. Uncle Cracker-Follow Me
Ahh uncle cracker how you did so well for sparking up my parties in highschool. Was my 'groups' song, we used too hit the DF as soon as it was played. Ahh the memories.

Wow looking over them i have missed so many songs i love,
-50 cent-Hate it or love it
-Papa Roach-Scars
-Pink Floyd/Led Zeppelin-Knocking on heavens door
-Some ACDC
-Radiohead
-Korn-Word up
-Live
-Eminem
-Bon Jovi

i could go on... Share yours?

Sigh, Moby and Jay-Z? The Lonestar version of Walking in Memphis? You make me sad, but variety is the spice of life, I guess.

There's no way I could make a list in order, but here are a few off the top of my head:

Make Me Smile - Chicago
25 Miles - Edwin Starr
Helter Skelter - The Beatles
Ride My See-Saw - The Moody Blues
My Maria - B.W. Stephenson (NOT Brooks and Dunn - just a note for those of you who list Lonestar next to Walking in Memphis)
Jet Airliner - Steve Miller Band
Temptation Eyes - The Grassroots
Summer in the City - The Lovin' Spoonful
The Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys - Traffic

Some of the above bands have multiple songs I would list, but I am going for a "sampler" feel, here. Also, I missed a lot of great songs because I am in a hurry.
