thx mate, I went onto dads computer and was able to deposit instantly [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] so not urgent anymore, but dammit, I still want MY software to work

when you say updates do you mean run windows update? I havent done that yet but thought it was automatic anyway

It depends on how you have windows set. I think you should go the their website and check for updates. For example, if you are running on IE6, the website will automatically load up IE7. I turned off my automatic updates. I think that the auto-updates just give you the passing updates and their site gives you the full kabang. I could be wrong of coarse.

After loading IE7 (do it), follow the reconfiguration in the instructions.
