Default Full Tilt- \"please wait while we verify your account\" message

I am trying to load money from epassporte to ft (neither of them are new accounts, they have been used before) and when I click cashier/make a deposit, all I get is a white box saying "please wait while we verify your account" and it doesn't change after several minutes. What is this? I've deposited on FT several times in the past.
