WSEX reimburses for WU fees - is that correct? I didn't know that. That makes it more feasible.

yes, they cover the fee for deposits over $500. was like $40 to ship $500. Just call the # on the deposits page someone will walk you through it.

I dont think you can cash out via WU. I have been getting checks which have taken about 5 - 7 days to arrive on average.

Great, I'm really excited now. Can you start playing immediately or do you have to wait until the money clears? I really have no idea how WU works....

Good morning 2+2,

A few things.

EPassporte is not interested in doing business with us at this time.

I sent all of the complaints in this thread to my tech department and here is the response I got:

1. The notes funcion: I hit the notes function then wish to start typing a
note. However, it defaults to the colour of font instead of the typing
window. So if i start typing "bluff" the font colour goes from black to
lime to fuscia without ever typing any words. It is annoying having to hit
notes then select the typing window

- The default focus is set to the color selection box. We will change the
default focus to the edit box and this will fix the problem. This will be
included in the next release.

2. In miniview in front of seat 3 for about an inch and a half if you
waive the cursor over it it goes from the arrow to hand cursor because
something is there to select (there shouldnt be anything selectable
there). When you click the area the options window opens. This is a
problem because i tend to hit this area often when multitabling and wish
to bring that table to use.

- That position was the option button for the "normal view" and there is an invisible component still there. It should be invisible and not showing... We'll fix the next release.

3. There is currently a pretty large and annoying problem that I have been
experiencing. WPEX randomly has one of its disconnect sputters where it
does not say I am disconnected but sits there with the action paused. I
happen to be in the big blind when this occurs. Software sits in its
pozzed mode doing nothing. Software reconnects, Im in the CO without
having to press deal me in, and it posts my big blind again. So there are
really 2 problems occurring here.

- These disconnection sputters that some people report can be due to a
couple of issues. 1. Disconnection because of the packet loss. 2.
Disconnection because of 100% CPU usage. We have been working behind the
scenes to make some major modifications to the communication protocol. However, this is one of those behind the scenes things that is major
surgery; I cannot really give an accurate date for completion because as the
work is being completed, it must be thoroughly tested. We find a problem,
fix it and test again, find another problem, fix it and test again etc...
But, I will say that we are making very good progress and are about 80%
complete with some huge performance gains.

4. constant dull beeping after about 20 minutes play [I've heard this
from a few people.]

I have heard this from one other person (support email) and we have tested
it for more than 30 minutes again today, on a few different machines and
cannot reproduce it. What would be helpful is if we could get more detailed
information about this problem such as Windows Version, what other
software's running at the same time, when exactly the beeping sound occurs,
what is the hardware configuration on the customer's PC (sound card type,
etc.). Anything we can get from the person experiencing the problem would be a big help in tracking this down.

The next release is tentatively scheduled for April 24th.

Please keep the suggestions and comments coming.
