Default Bring Back the 100/200 25 Ante Level

A while ago, there were many tournament players complaining about the jump from the 100/200 25 ante level to the 200/400 25 ante level. Finally, PokerStars put in a 150/300-25 level after a while, but they took away the 100/200-25 level. Now in the current tournament structure there is a bigger "shock" going from 100/200 to 150/300-25 then there was in the former structure going from 100/200-25 to 200/400-25. However, everyone seemed satisfied with the current structure, and I haven't seen anyone complain. I guess it is because of the transition of the amounts you get to open raise preflop at each level.

I wish they would bring back the 100/200-25 level AND keep the 150/300-25 level. What do you guys think? Is it unnecessary?

I'd much rather have the 150-300-25 level along with the 500-1000-100 level, the 2500-5000 level, and the 5000-10000 level, than the old structure where these three levels were omitted.

they are called donkaments for a reason. I'm all for improved structures but Stars has improved so much over the last year there is really some unnecessary bitching going on.

If I had to choose between having the 100/200a25 level followed by the 200/400a25, or the 150/300a25 followed by 200/400a25 level I would choose the latter, it's not close. Every single poker player has to find something to bitch about, i swear it is a f'ing rule in the community.

Cheers!
John

especially with most tournaments having double the starting stack of when this level was about, its really not needed

I really like the blind structure in the cash games. Sometimes it stays at the .05/.1 level for hours.
