(sry mods if this is wrong forum - im just looking for a quick answer before i get lost in the software forum)

SSNL, i want to datamine FTP. So far ive read about Spade Eye, Sixth Sense, AHK Hot Keys.
Basically what is the easiest way to datamine FTP? There seems so many options?!?!? (confused)

You don't need any of those programs if all you want to do is open up a bunch of tables FT and record hand histories. You just have to go PT and check a box for "observed hands" under Auto-import FT Hands. You can open up to 16 tables at a time. Now if you want to have a program that opens up tables as people come and go, you'll need SpadeEye or IdleMiner but I've never used those before really.

[/ QUOTE ]

yeah, thats what i thought, so spade eye's extra feature is that it basically helps me to table select once i have the data?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes.

can i just say i [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] SSNL, always there for my every query. muchos thanks.

so, is spade eye actually worth it, i play nl100, nl200 and just hop in an out of tables if full of tags? is spade eye only really worthwhile as u step up the stakes? (ie. less fish to find)

[/ QUOTE ]

I use it when I'm not lazy. And I'm slumming at .5/1.

Weird Question...at what point do you start splitting your roll between different sites?

Should have clarified...due to limited game selection? Obviously at the lower stakes there are tons of bad players. I'm just wondering, 1/2, 2/4, 3/6? I've heard table selection becomes more tedious the higher you go as edges become smaller (I'll be honest though, seems like most of the complaints come from weaker players). I play at FT exclusively right now...seems like there are still plenty of good tables right now at 1/2 so no worries really. Just wondering when it's worth it to get funds back on Stars.

All:

I want to do another well. Its been 11 months since my last one, and a whole lot has changed in my life since then.

namely:
-travelling to a few places for live tournaments
-vegas for wsop (but only 20 yrs old)
-owning ssnl and msnl
-having a 250k donkament score

i will wait for luego's to die down since i love luego but i would like to do a well for my 21st birthday which is in early november. then i will leave ssnl forever with random spurts of me laughing at some of you.

that cool?

i've really thought about this, and already asaked dan bitel if he'd do one. he had no time . he doent really play poker anymore, but i loved the idea of a '1 yr on' series of wells, be so interesting to see where everyone is at.
