Server that allows you to run .exe files

Hi guys,

I am in need of accessing a server that allows me to run .exe files. I wish I had a dedicated server, since I could simply use that, but I user a shared sever that does not allow this.

Can someone who has access to a server PM me? I would like to talk to you.
