Default a common PLdraw situation

you are in the small blind, its PLD and stacks are plenty deep.

hero dealt weakish 2pr (TTup, 99 up, that type)

When UTG pots it (or CO), and i just fold this, is that ok?

UTG, w/out question.. sometimes they'll do a min raise w/ AA or 3xbb.. I'll call those. Once I draw 1 and check to them, mostly I get it at showdown. Every so often they'll plug again. I try to use a little gaming theory in calling down if they do a more than min bet post.

As for cutoff, to me that would be a "it depends". If you know hs range is weak as the CO, then a call or even RR is in order. Read dependant in my opinion.

I'm happier calling with aces than Tens Up.
