50nl QQ in 3 bet pot as overpair

Villain is 35/9 over 70 hands. Just wondering if this is played too passive or if I'm losing a lot of value. Although he sees a lot of flops his 9 pfr is what made me play the hand more cautiously.

That play feels to me to be AK (or AQ) and he missed. I don't see button with an overpair and checking the river when you have showed no aggression IMO.

Edit: So I'm a little slow, but yeah, maybe c/r that turn.

What does c/r turn do other than turn our hand into a bluff?
