Smells like a TP semibluff to me. I'd raise it up.

raise, call a shove. No way he expects you hit your backdoor hearts.

why would you ever not raise. Hes potted it...probably shove.

I bet this turn alot. You have a gutshot, backdoor FD, your pair is probably good, and a scare card. I know hes a fish, but im beting this turn alot.

(You checked behind the turn, his river lead isn't a donk.)

Seems like an easy raise to me - any 9 calls you.

I also like the idea of firing a second barrel on the turn. This guy is somewhat loose, but given that you raised preflop, the A is a great card for getting a pair of Jacks or a Ten with a better kicker to fold.

ZOMG bdoor flush and lonely 9s hit str8 on river
and lost sof 2pairs e.t.c out.

The question what's the best raise size that gets the most money on average?

Given he's a donk and potted river so likes his hand

Eh, the board isn't paired, you're good here >90% of the time. I tank and shove.
