Default Need the thread about a player taking chips he called an all-in with

There was a thread here maybe a little less than a year ago about a player who verbally called an all-in for a grand or two without pushing his chips out, then got up and left with those chips. The casino said they couldn't physically take the chips from the guy and told the OP that he would have to file a police report and a lawsuit on his own in order to pursue the stolen money.

Does anyone remember the thread or who it happened to? I've tried a bunch of search terms with no luck. Thank you in advance!
