I don't know about you guys. I thought this episode was intense and awesome. Sure, Peter coming back was pretty obvious, but the rest was great.

Mohinder is a complete retard.

Sylar is unconscious. [censored] kill him already! Just kill him! Cave his skull in with something heavy. Slit his throat. Hell, put a plastic bag over his head. But kill him already!

It's Mohinder, you expected him to do something useful?

Has anything Isaac painted NOT happened? How are they going to save the world?

No, literally everything has happened, even when people directly intervened to stop it. When Peter tried to "save the cheerleader," the cheerleader technically still died, it just wasn't Claire who died, it was that other cheerleader bitch who pretended she saved the people from the fire.

Yeah the way i saw that is that sylar can still see the future, like isaacs, but he isnt an artist by profession like isaacs is, so his work sucks ass.

The way I saw it is that the painting Nathan saw shows him what he wants to see, him as a noble, brooding, lonely man who has to do some distasteful things to get to what he thinks is a better future. What Sylar painted is closer to the truth, that Nathan is being twisted and used for the wrong purposes.

By the way, the whole "blow up NYC to bring the world together" was stolen straight from "The Watchmen".

There's a lot about Heroes that echoes the Watchmen... For example, Linderman's speech about his friends, an original super-team, that became jaded and had a falling out. And that is echoed in the second generation of heroes who form the focus of the story..

So... The members of that original team? Linderman, Peter and Nathan's parents and Hiro's father?

Actually, Heroes also reminds me a lot of Morrison's recent Seven Soldiers. The super-hero team that isn't a team. In that story, the heroes are deliberately kept apart because their enemies have a prophecy saying they'll be defeated by a group of seven. So they target teams of seven. By never actually coming together and forming a team, the Seven Soldiers manage to stay under the radar.
