apathy,
I made basically the same bet with durrr...first was 1000 pushups in 28 hrs after he had about 4 drinks for $500. Needless to say i won that bet. He also claims that he will get in amazing shape sometime soon so we bet $1000 that he can do 2000 pushups in 24 hrs by the end of this year. Im a huge nit and i jumped on this bet. I am counting my $$$ now.

if you want to do something really tough, try bench pressing your body weight 300 times in one day.

i'd take the bet if i was given odds

txred,

your the man lol

i'm starting to think that the eventual build up of lactic acid and the breakdown of muscle tissue would make this painful and possibly dangerous.

ted forest failed to do 225x100 in 24 hours, and apparently really injured himself attempting it, and i think he stays in good shape- and not just by poker player standards.

i wouldn't want to try it for less than five grand.

He hurt himself on the 3rd rep though. It wasn't like he tore his pec from exhaustion or muscle failure.

and rotflmao at all you claiming you can do >50 push ups in a row. its not a push up unless your chest (not your lard filled stomach) hits the ground.
