Default Ciaffone\'s new NLH book

Anyone hear any updates as to when this is going to be finished? It was supposed to be last month but it's not on Amazon yet.

Bob has said "it will be out by Christmas" for the last 4 years or so. I can't see it out any time soon, if at all.

As I recall, the book was 1/2 - 3/4 written, then Bob experienced a hard drive crash and lost everything. If you've ever written a book before (I have three un-published manuscripts at home) then you can imagine how heartbreaking this would be, and understand why it's taken him so long to start again.

Recently I went to Cardplayer.com and did an archive search for every NL hold'em cash game article Bob has published in the last 4 years. I cut-n-paste'ed them into a Word .doc and printed it out.

If Bob ever does publish an NL hold'em cash game book, I'd wait in like for it like I did the Harry Pottter book (Bob is far and away my favorite poker author), but at this point I doubt any new book from Bob would be much different from what I already have.

Yeah, Bob is a smart guy. However, sometimes the smartest people fail to take common sense precautions like MAKING BACKUPS!!!!! Unbelievable. I hope it publishes at some point. I trust he now has a backup copy. I'll check out those Card Player articles . . .
