Default Party 50nl: Tilty/Risky turn bluff

Villian is 23/20/5 about 100 hands

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($40.43)
Button ($16.84)
SB ($19.70)
BB ($129.16)
UTG ($51.25)
Hero ($67.56)

Preflop: Hero is MP with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises to $2, 3 folds, BB raises to $4.75, Hero calls $3.

Flop: ($10.25) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $6.5, Hero raises to $20, BB calls $13.50.

Villian took nearly the entire time bank to call

Turn: ($50.25) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero pushes $67.56 (All-In).

Final Pot: $117.81

To tricky for 50nl? After taking a long time to call my flop raise then checking to me on the turn, AA/KK makes up the majority of his range here. With no other reads I think this is terrible but would like to hear some other opinions. Does the average 50nl player with these stats laydown AA/KK here

This was towards the end of my session. I had been feeling on my game and very confident in my reads throught the session and in my earlier session of the day. So this is definatly tilt induced.

This is silly. Your range is so off.

Anything more constructive? What would you add to his range here? Notice I said AA/KK makes up the MAJORITY of his range. Is that not a valid assumption?

There are probably more queens in his range than there are Aces or Kings.

I think a smallish value looking bet here is going to get more folds if thats what you are looking for.

Gigabet would like it. Did it work?

Edit: Also sets up a good image for a normal 2p2 style of play.

I'd like to hear a few more responses before I reveal results.
BTW There is a converter error on my river bet size if anyone didn't realize. I pushed about $42 into the $50 pot.
