can't get FTP HH's workin'

for some reason FTP isn't saving any HH's to my new vista. there isn't even an HH folder in the FTP program file folder.

anyone encounter this problem/have any advice?? i tried deleting and redownloading, no go.

i had this problem once. got to the point where i just said [censored] it and slit her wrists. sorry, that is all you have to look forward to.

FTP is BS for hh's. even on XP with pokertracker iam missing hands EVERY day.

i know for a fact i lost 14 buyins today yet it shows me -8 today.. its not even close.

its missing tons of hands. SICK of this, PT is not even a reliable source for me anymore
