KK 180 BBs deep vs 54/12 player

Villain is 54/12 after 41 hands, fairly aggressive post flop over this teeny sample. I'm basically taking the approach of lets win a huge pot vs. QQ/JJ, and let's get it in now if he's got a spade with it. Thoughts?

By my math you are leaving around $160 behind. Do make this bet with the intention to fold to a shove? I think I check behind and catch bluffs with Ak-Aq type hands and value bets with as low as 99.

read OP's comments. he has no intention of folding to a push. fwiw, bet folding the turn v this villain would be really, really bad.

i think its close between bet/calling and checking with the intention of betting a blank river or obv calling a bet.
