Default 1/2nl weakish two pair on river; standard push or too thin?

Villain is 42/27 (74). Comments on all streets appreciated. After my turn raise I plan to check the river if I don't improve.

Edit: for those who say push river, do you push or check if the river's a blank?

Well, that's more of the easy part, though I don't think he has AK very often at all here. The issue I'm more concerned with is how often does he call me with just one pair and how often does he have a smaller two pair in this spot. It's not enough to fully know the costs of the bet, I need to know the benefits of it as well and weigh them against each other. In this particular hand the latter seems more difficult to me and that's why I'm asking if this value bet is too thin.

not really following. how can it be too thin if you don't think he has AK or better? You wanna know if you should push or just bet like 90?
