No strong reads but UTG+1 seemed a bit loose. Afterwards I checked PT and got him at 42.8/7.14/.80 over 42 hands.

I think folding the flop agaisnt this passive guy wouldn't be so bad.

This is a very marginal situation, so it's close either way. Personally, I think peeling is a little thin with your hand. Despite the fact that I'd give a lot of value to your Overs - say between 4 and 5 outs - that still gives you at the very most about a 6 out hand and the pot is small.

FWIW, I think raising the flop is terrible.

Mathmatically I think you may be right but I almost never fold a flop HU when I'm donked into and have >3 outs which I think we have here. But that may be a leak brought on by my ego.

I think without better reads I'd just fold it on the flop.

I don't not agree, but I'm reading that as OP got the stats after the hand.

This guy is not that passive. He is basically playing every other hand. Having a .8 AF is pretty stiff when playing half of your hands.

I would probably just call instead of raise the river.

I doubt he bets a J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or worse.

hmmm. I don't think so, raising here is definitely profitable.

There are 2 hands that beat us, and many that he'll make a crying call with - sets, sometimes 2 pair, worse flushes - especially 2 card flushes he made on the turn, they never get folded here (edit

and sometimes straights. And I'm not as concerned about A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] || K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] as I might be in other spots.

edit: If this guy had less insane stats, I'd be inclined to respect his ability to fold almost all worse hands, but I think it's safe to assume this guy sucks.
