This wuzn't played horribly at all; vs an overaggro donk I probably call this river shove as well expecting to c 8x or two pair more likely than straight/full. Jus a cooler played fine IMO...

Whenever I see a villain min bet then bet HUGE they are not bluffing. Especially when they bet min (say on the turn in this example) and you raise them and they 3bet huge. Easy fold on the river.

I'm definitively folding to his river push. But I would have raised his turn bet.
