However, the river is tough spot because i often see players bet min with random [censored] pairs (maybe the 2) and weak draws. I would probably call unless id seen him do this with strong hand before (he probably read ur turn call as whiffed overs) or he has low AF

AA is kinda like 89 here.

Of course if he does this every other hand than call. But overbet are rarely air/thin VB.
