1st hand - villain had been kinda loose early, but became more reasonable as the game went on. Still, I saw him open raise KTo from MP and also saw him play some marginal hands, as well as put all his chips in to chase the LOW end of a flush. It's probably a straight SNGPT thing, huh?

2. I think id fold preflop, completing is fine. Id fold the flop as i dont think u have much FE + bubble.
