You are right imo. If he has a fd calling the turn is not very bad. A donk 3 way is stronger than a donk HU, so calling down seems ok.

I think his line screams 2pair+ so raising the river is spew imo.

I stove it at about 50% if his range is any 2pair, 4 sets (AA, 33, 55, 88, probably need to discount AA and 88 tho) and a few straights 42s, 4s7s.

Preflop is close - I don't think any of the options are bad. I'd probably fold because I'm a nit. I just call down when SB donks and raise if I improve.
