2/4nl let\'s crai turn semibluff... oh wait, he checked
Villain 46/12 over 74 hands. I don't think he calls many raises unless he's already limped, in which case he's very unlikely to fold to a standard raise. He's kinda loose on the flop, and so far I have yet to see him not bet a turn or river (out of 8 turns and 7 rivers). I've got a very laggy image at this table, throwing around a lot of chips. I plan to crai on the turn, but as you can see he checked behind. Comments on all streets appreciated.

Re: 2/4nl let\'s crai turn semibluff... oh wait, he checked
Why would u want to crai this turn? He's calling the flop with a variety of hands, but those that he then bets on the turn he's generally gonna mix up his play between snapcalling and fistpump snapcalling, which, seeing as u have ace hi, on a paired board with 1 card to come, is not good.

Re: 2/4nl let\'s crai turn semibluff... oh wait, he checked
Check-raising all-in on the turn is terrible because your stack is the size of the pot. If he bets, you have next-to-no fold equity since the size of the pot will give him irresistible odds to call your push.
I might fold preflop without good reads on villain since it looks like his PFR % is fairly low and he raised UTG, and I'm giving up on the river. He often has a pocket pair here that he is unlikely to fold, and no scare cards came that you could bluff on. He might also have a slowplayed queen. |

Also I don't mind him checking behind too much and giving me a free card.
You don't think villains ever bluff another flush draw? And if he has any sort of two pair there's a decent chance he bets to not let me draw out or put him to a decision if an overcard to his pair rivers, no? |

Re: 2/4nl let\'s crai turn semibluff... oh wait, he checked
my opinion: fold prelfop. i know it sounds so retarded but most escalated postflop situations happen because of prelfop involvement. as played i would just check muck. if you proceed further you are just amplifying your mistakes.
I mean you had your chane to take this pot on the turn where you could have shoved. that's about all you can do OOP. I do understood you wanting to CRaise turn here because you feel you will get your money in good as compared to when you open shove... anyways stop FPS and play poker like a sane person. |

flop raise seems small, just shove turn

Re: 2/4nl let\'s crai turn semibluff... oh wait, he checked
you went for a double c/r after he called the first bet cold then the second? you do realize his range is heavily weighted towards a boat or flush draw? (with small % of queen)
he's not folding 55-88 if he ever has that here (which he wont have often) so dont try to bluff. check fold. |
